One of the best attacks in recent Assassin's Creed games has been a 300-inspired boot to the chest, and in Assassin's Creed Shadows, that ability is making a comeback. Ubisoft showed off the move in action on its social media, demonstrating how Yasuke can use it to disrupt enemy attacks.

As mentioned above, the "War Kick" is clearly inspired by Zack Snyder's 300 film and its glute-powered finisher, and in a nod to the source material, and in response to one Spartan-fueled comment, the company had the perfect response lined up:

We've seen this attack in the previous two Assassin's Creed games, as Odyssey featured the Spartan Kick and Valhalla had the unlockable Kick of Tyr for players to try out. The attack has been a life-saver in those games, especially if you were fighting close to a perilous drop on top of a mountain or a tall building.
